Welcome to the Woodbury Girl Scouts Service Unit Website.
At the local level, the Girl Scouts of Minnesota and Wisconsin River Valleys are broken down into smaller governing bodies called service units. The Woodbury Service Unit is proud to serve 117 Girl Scout troops with just over 1000 registered girl members and 532 registered adult volunteers.
All of our guiding principles are directly connected to The Girl Scout Promise and The Girl Scout Law.
Everyone should download and print a copy of the most recent SafetyWise updates, effective 08/27/2009. You should keep a copy tucked inside of your troop copy of SafetyWise.
Please plan to attend the next Woodbury Service Unit Troop Leaders Meeting on Monday, April 5, 7pm.Continue to pay close attention to email updates from your Program Age-level Advisor.

2010 Woodbury Pinewood Derby ~ Cadette Troop 51008 thanks all that attended the Woodbury Pinewood Derby on March 20. We had over 80 girls race cars. Thanks again for making this event such a success.
Daycamp 2010~ Registration for girl campers and Junior Caddies is now closed. We are still in need of Caddies!

On January 18, 2010 the Girl Scouts of Minnesota and Wisconsin River Valleys announced that their Board of Directors had made a decision upon recommendation of the Long Term Property Task Force. Our beloved Camp Rolling Ridges, along with several other camp properties, are scheduled to be closed and placed on the market to be sold as of October 1, 2010. We have created a page on our service unit website to keep everyone up-to-date on this topic. Please be assured that daycamp will still take place this summer, as scheduled.
